Schade en problemen
Controleer uw bestelling bij ontvangst Neem bij ontvangst direct contact met ons op als het artikel defect of beschadigd is, of als u het verkeerde artikel heeft ontvangen, zodat we het probleem kunnen beoordelen en oplossen.
Uitzonderingen / artikelen die niet geretourneerd kunnen worden
Bepaalde soorten artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, zoals bederfelijke goederen (zoals voedsel, bloemen of planten), op maat gemaakte producten (zoals speciale bestellingen of gepersonaliseerde artikelen) en producten voor persoonlijke verzorging (zoals cosmetica).
