Standard orders: dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Custom orders: custom-made items (such as fully built keyboards) can take up to 30 days to dispatch while materials are ordered in.
UK orders go by Royal Mail. International orders go by a tracked service from Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or FedEx, chosen for your country. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Free on orders of £9.99 or more, and £1.99 below that. Usually delivered in 2–5 working days.
International delivery prices
Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order. As a guide: switches, keycaps and accessories are almost always in the first column; a keyboard kit is usually in the second; a built keyboard or a large order may be in the third. Prices are in pounds (GBP); checkout shows them in your own currency.
Duties paid: nothing to pay on delivery
For these countries, any import duty is worked out for your order and shown as a separate Duties line at checkout, so you see the full cost before you pay. Import VAT or GST is included in our prices. We send your parcel duties paid, so the courier will not ask you for anything when it arrives.

60% PC Polycarbonate Mechanical Keyboard Plate
A 60% mechanical keyboard plate cut from polycarbonate. The plate sits between your switches and the case, and it is the part that decides how firm the board feels: polycarbonate flexes where brass or aluminium stays rigid, giving a softer keypress and a deeper, less pingy sound.
Key Features of the 60% PC Plate:
- Polycarbonate construction: tough but flexible, so keystrokes feel cushioned rather than hard.
- Softer typing feel: a noticeably gentler bottom-out than a metal plate, which is easier on the fingers over a long session.
- Deeper sound: PC damps the high-pitched ring you get from brass and aluminium plates.
- Translucent: light passes through, so backlighting and underglow are not blocked.
Why Choose a PC Plate?
Choose polycarbonate if you want a soft, muted board. Choose aluminium or brass if you want a stiff, sharp typing feel — a PC plate deliberately gives that up, and some typists find it too soft.
Before You Order
Check the layout your PCB expects. Plate cut-outs vary between 60% PCBs, and a plate that does not match your layout will not fit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we may send you a return label if certain conditions are met, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not offer FREE returns, unless the item you have received is broken or faulty. If you have accidentally ordered an item, or it does not fit, you will have to return the item with your own postage method. We are not responsible if your order/total order does not get returned.
