Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Standard Orders: Dispatched within 2–3 business days. We currently use Royal Mail as our primary courier, and options to select specific couriers are not available at this time.

  • Custom Orders: Dispatch for custom-made items (such as fully built custom mechanical keyboards) may take up to 30 days to allow for necessary materials to be ordered in.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your geographical location:

  • UK Orders: Delivery can take up to a maximum of 15 business days.

  • International Orders: Expected delivery time is up to 30 business days.

Taxes, Shipping & International Duties

Taxes are included in the price of all products, and your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Duties: Please note that import duties, customs taxes, and carrier handling fees are not paid for on any international orders. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. They are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by the courier or local customs office upon delivery.
